About the Event

The 14th Annual Thought Leaders Consortium marks the culminating chapter of PLMI’s three-year exploration into the biology of immuno-metabolism, epigenetic regulation, and human longevity. Building on the 2024 and 2025 Consortia—which reframed chronic disease through immune-metabolic dysfunction and diet- and environment-driven epigenetic remodeling—this year’s gathering places mitochondria at the center of health, disease, and aging.
